Handling of Appliances: Due to the size and weight of our main appliances (e.g., self-cleaning litter systems), these items will ship via ground service in dedicated, protective packaging.

Multi-Item Orders: If your order contains both a large appliance and small accessories, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

LitterSmart offers competitive shipping rates based on your order subtotal.

Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $100.00. Estimated delivery within 5–10 Business Days (Standard Ground).

Standard Ground: For orders up to $99.99. Estimated delivery within 5–10 Business Days.

Expedited Shipping: Available as an upgrade option for faster delivery, estimated within 3–7 Business Days.

Every order includes tracking updates, so you know exactly where your shipment is at all times.


3. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after payment confirmation.
