Orders, Shipping & Delivery


1. How long does shipping typically take?

We offer two shipping options within the U.S.:

Standard Ground (Free on orders over $100): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

All orders receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.

2. How are the automated litter systems delivered?

Our main appliances are shipped via trusted national carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to ensure safe handling. While the boxes are large, they are typically around 20–30 lbs and are delivered to your door. We recommend having assistance available to safely bring the package inside.

3. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we ship only within the U.S. This allows us to guarantee faster, safer, and more reliable delivery for our specialty electronic products.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 1–2 business days), you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.


Product Use & Warranty


5. What warranty do LitterSmart appliances come with?

All major appliances come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. This warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects under normal use. Damage resulting from misuse, improper setup, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

6. Do you offer installation or setup services?

Every appliance comes with detailed setup and operation instructions. While we do not directly provide home installation, our support team can guide you through the process if you have any questions during the initial setup.

7. What happens if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your automated system arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Returns & Payment


8. Can I return a product if my cat won't use it?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or arrived damaged.
